Links are like a fence. They keep certain things either confined inside an area or they keep things outside of an area.

  You can just press on the link with your finger if you are using a telephone or you can move your arrow on your computer screen over the link and click on your "mouse" to make it do what it does, tells your computer to send data to a server that sends data to another server that sends data to other servers that then send data back to your computer so you can read it. In this case you will see a calendar and a lot of other helpful information.
